INTRO
A Southern Chinese illustrator born in the post-1995 generation, specializes in deconstructing rigid geometries through chromatic vibrancy and organic textural interventions. My practice navigates the liminal space between rationality and sensibility, where pulsating color fields disrupt linear precision to preserve ephemeral moments of emotional resonance.
Operating at the intersection of cosmic contemplation and human observation, my creative philosophy posits that artistic essence manifests through visualizing universal chaos while documenting the multifaceted dimensions of human existence. Each series culminates in a dual proposition: while engaging with affective narratives, viewers are challenged to extract unmediated contemplations - be it existential epiphanies or revelatory self-identifications.
Technically I not only anchored in digital creation with Wacom Cintiq workflows, but also maintain Risograph printing and other printing technics research and emplying. I have a mixed-media collages with multiple materials sketchbook and a visual diary, acting as inspiration archives.
The daily story is also my creation theme. The short comic My First Week In NYC expressed my feelings when I came to NYC and started my illustration program.
I like doing collages on sketchbooks by using materials I collected from other places which is helpful for me to keep my energy of creativity. I also have an asset of my inspiration in my cellphone full of my thoughts, ideas, sentences I adored, and photos I took.
