About Me
INTRO
Coming from China and doing cute illustrations and comics, I like to use bright colors and textures to express profound themes, such as my concerns, wars, and suffering in the outside world. I want people to gain emotional value from my artwork but won’t forget there’s still something worth considering: social responsibility, independent thinking, and self-identification.
The daily story is also my creation theme. The short comic My First Week In NYC expressed my feelings when I came to NYC and started my illustration program.
I like doing collages on sketchbooks by using materials I collected from other places which is helpful for me to keep my energy of creativity. I also have an asset of my inspiration in my cellphone full of my thoughts, ideas, sentences I adored, and photos I took.
